Special EducationCinvestigating
the implementation and impact of special education policies (e.g., class
size), procedures (e.g., eligibility guidelines for determining services)
and programs (e.g., preschool special education) via the use of quantitative
and qualitative research methods. Of particular note is our ability to link
implementation factors to program results. As a result, our studies have
been used to help shape statewide policy.
